This is a really great bar and restaurant on the edge of the lovely village of Arroyo Seco just north of Taos. Sabroso boasts an amazing Chef (Tim Wooldridge), an amazing staff, a killer bar/bartender and great atmosphere, especially the outdoor patio on a beautiful Taos evening.
This is a fun opportunity to pull originals out and do a lot of improvisation in an acoustic setting. Very spontaneous with an emphasis on stretching the musical envelope a bit. At the very least the food and drink will be unquestionable.
